My Workflows

My Workflows is the worker-facing list of every workflow instance you're involved in — as a Responsible, Accountable, Approver, Backup, or Consulted party. Use it to see what's waiting on you across all the requests you touch.

Open from My Work → My Workflows in the sidebar.

What shows up

A workflow instance appears here if any of these are true for the current phase:

  • You are assigned as Responsible, Accountable, Approver, or Backup (you can advance the phase)
  • You are assigned as Consulted (you can comment, but not advance)
  • You are a member of a Team or Group that holds one of the roles above
  • An agent acting on your behalf is assigned and you are the agent's Owner

Completed and cancelled instances drop off — this list is for active work.

What each row shows

  • Workflow name — links to the instance detail page (canvas + variables + history)
  • Linked request — the request that started the instance, if any
  • Current phase name + type badge (PROCESS, APPROVAL, DECISION, …)
  • Your role on this phase (Responsible / Approver / Consulted / etc.)
  • Time in phase — how long the instance has sat on the current phase
  • Status indicator — ACTIVE, WAITING (paused on a Timer), ERRORED

Filtering

  • Search — text-matches workflow name and request title
  • Phase type — narrow to APPROVAL only when you only want to act on approvals, etc.
  • My role — filter by what role you hold

Acting on a workflow

Click into an instance to:

  • See the full canvas with the current phase highlighted
  • Inspect instance variables (via the Variables panel)
  • Read the activity log
  • Advance the phase (if you have advance permission), approve / reject (APPROVAL phases), or comment

Approval phases get dedicated Approve / Reject buttons in the worker view. Other phases show an Advance action.

When My Workflows is empty

Either you have no active assignments, or you're in the wrong account context. Check:

  1. The account switcher in the header — are you in the right Company?
  2. Have you been assigned to a Team that holds a workflow Responsibility?
  3. The Responsibilities and Responsibility Matrices for the workflows your team handles
