My Services
My Services is your personal shortcut list of favorited services. Use it to skip the full catalog and get straight to the ones you submit requests against most often.
Open from My Work → My Services in the sidebar.
Adding a service to My Services
From the Service Catalog or any service detail page, click the favorite icon (star or heart) on the service card. It moves to your My Services list immediately and stays there until you unfavorite it.
Favorites are personal — your colleagues don't see your list.
What's shown
Each row in My Services shows the same information as the catalog card:
- Service name + icon
- Owner Company
- Description
- Offering count
- Tags
- A direct Submit Request button
Services that have been unpublished or that you can no longer access are filtered out automatically — your list stays clean even when admins archive services you used to favorite.
Removing a favorite
Click the favorite icon again on a service card (either in My Services or back in the Service Catalog). The row drops out of My Services on the next refresh.
When My Services is empty
You haven't favorited anything yet. Open the Service Catalog, browse to a service you use, and click the favorite icon.
