B2B Analytics
B2B Analytics gives Company admins a focused view of cross-Company traffic: what services partners consume from you, what services you consume from partners, and how SLA commitments are performing on both sides.
Open from B2B → Analytics.
For internal-only analytics, see the general Analytics page.
Tabs
Overview
Top-level health of your B2B footprint:
- Inbound vs outbound — count of requests in each direction, last 30 days
- Throughput — requests submitted vs completed by week, split by direction
- Top partners — Companies you transact with most, ranked by volume
- Status mix — completed / rejected / cancelled / in-progress percentages
Inbound
Drill-down on requests partners send you:
- Top consumers — partner Companies sending you the most requests
- Top services consumed — your services that get the most external traffic
- Acceptance latency — time from inbound submit to your team's first triage decision
- Rejection rate by service — high values may indicate the service description / acceptance criteria need clarification
Outbound
Drill-down on requests you send to partners:
- Top providers — partner Companies you consume from most
- Top services consumed — partner services your team uses most
- Provider response latency — time from your submit to their first triage decision
- Rejection rate by partner — useful for evaluating partner reliability
SLA Performance
For services with bound SLA Policies:
- Met / Missed counts — last 30 days, split by direction (your service obligations vs partners' to you)
- Worst offenders — services / partners with the highest miss rate
- Time-to-respond distribution — histogram of triage decision latencies
- Time-to-resolve distribution — histogram of total request lifetimes
Filtering
Standard top-bar filters:
- Date range — last 7 / 30 / 90 days / custom
- Direction — Inbound only / Outbound only / Both
- Partner Company — narrow to one specific partner
- Service tag — narrow to services with a specific Tag
Privacy
Partners see only their own outbound view (i.e. the requests they sent to you). They do not see your aggregate inbound counts or your other partner relationships. Vice versa for what you see of them.
Exporting
Each dashboard's table data exports to CSV via the Export button. The export respects the current filter state.
For programmatic access (BI tools, custom dashboards), see the API Reference — every B2B traffic event is available as a queryable resource.
